As an agent or HIP provider we give you access to the EPiC system. When an EPC is required, you complete a simple online request form; giving information about the property and arrangements timescales for an appointment. You then decide how much you will pay for the job, and QuickEPC does the rest. We will source a DEA to complete the inspection for you. We will keep you fully informed through their access to the web portal. Once the report has been completed they receive an email to that effect and can download the report directly from the national register.
