When an instruction arrives; EPiC then sends you an sms text message and email with the details and price for the job. The Inspector confirms the inspection request simply replying to the SMS with the job number only, or by clicking a link in the email, this needs to be within 4 hours of the request being sent, or the job will be passed to the next inspector in that area.
